Hotel Alexander - Limone sul Garda

Breakfast was very good with large selection. It was my fifth visit, so I guess that speaks for itself. We'd be happy to do it again on a suitable occasion. I can only recommend this place.

The shower was literally in the hallway, how charming! And those pillows, ludicrous! It's funny how ants decided to join me in the room, how hospitable! You'd think a stay like this would warrant at least a complimentary treat, but alas, it seems special treatment is reserved for others. Was almost gonna give a good review, but just couldn't.

Breakfast was very good. Especially the coffee tasted very good. Fresh fruit was offered. The room was spacious and very practical.

Average as in any good hotel. Nothing surprising or outstanding

The breakfast buffet was much worse compared to the last visit there. For this reason we probably had booked it for the last time.

A cozy stay by the lake

We enjoyed the location, just steps from the charming town and the beautiful lake shore. The spacious room, especially with the comfy beds and amenities.

The dining experience was less than stellar. Breakfast options were limited, and the coffee just didn't hit the mark. We were hoping for more variety and better quality.

we got a better room category. The huge room with sunbeds + parasol in the outside area and a wonderful view over Lake Garda was unique.

Short stop. We could not use a, becausell the offers, since we were in a ruch, therefore I cannot say anything about it. . But our expectations were more than fulfilled. Direct traffic connection, underground car park, directly on the beach and 5 minutes walk from the center. Exceptionally good pizza.

Rooms were nice, and the staff were super friendly. The breakfast was tasty, and we enjoyed exploring the local area, especially the nearby lakeside and the town's charming streets. We'll definitely come back, but might stick to B&B next time.

One downside was the pricey internet. Charging €1.00 every 15 minutes felt excessive, especially at the daily rate we paid.

Superior room: structural defects such as visible cables, unprofessionally tiled, balcony 5m from the kitchen fireplace. 4* only thanks to wellness offer.

Hotel Alexander has fine views, clean rooms, and a fantastic pool area. The staff is friendly, the location is ideal for exploring Limone's charm, and the food was good!

The friendliness of the staff

1.There is no transport from the hotel (or even the town) to the airports so that guests who do not have/hire cars have to engage taxis at enormous expense. 2. The journey from/to the hotel from the lakeside, shops and restaurants is up a long steep hill. Some hotels seem to have shuttle buses to help, but this does not.

Very friendly and helpful staff (reception). Nice comfortable rooms with a beautiful view over the lake. We enjoyed the pool in combination with the closeness to the beach. Close to the shops and restaurants.

The wellness area (spa) is nice but could be improved by making sure the sauna is working and the possibility to offer massage, pedicure etc. However, this was not really a set-back for us since the weather was lovely and we enjoyed being out-doors.
